The upstairs studio is located in a 1950s Art Deco building, which was formerly a Kodak shop and is now home to Dock4 Architects and their ehabitat modular housing system. This system allows an affordable way to live in an architect-designed home, which can be built in the city or remote locations. Designed around the principles of being economical, evolving, energy efficient, expressive and ergonomic, ehabitat is a new way to build.
