Government House Tasmania Open Day

Her Excellency the Honourable Barbara Baker AC, Governor of Tasmania and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers AO invite all Tasmanians and visitors to the State to Government House.

The Government House State Rooms, Fine Silverware and Crystal, Heritage European and Early Convict Built Furniture, Estate Kitchen Garden Display, Artworks, Pictorial History Boards.

Visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic and lunch in the gardens. Light hot and cold refreshments will be available, and Government House and other vendor products are on sale in the grounds. Live music is featured, as well as displays by community organisations

ENTRY IS BY WAY OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE ON LOWER DOMAIN ROAD.
Parking is not available in the grounds but provision can be made for vehicles transporting passengers with physical disabilities. Please ring 6234 2611.
