This popular Huon Valley drinking hole and eatery is the result of the conversion of an old timber apple packing shed and museum into the home of Willie Smith’s Cider. ‘The Apple Shed’ features simple architectural interventions including a bar and kitchen, as well as a museum offering of Huon apple industry memorabilia, equipment on display and the famous Apple Wall.
