Arguably the most picturesque playing ground in the country, Kelvedon Park’s pavilion stretches long and low between pitch and water. Its height and form are carefully minimised to soften visual impact on neighbours, while transparency offers layered views over and through to the river beyond. The understated design frames the landscape rather than competing with it, creating a building that feels both grounded and open.
