See Hobart in a different light.
Join members of Dark Sky Tasmania for a one-hour guided walk through the city after dark and discover how artificial light shapes the way we experience, navigate and use our streets at night.
As you wind your way through Hobart, look up and look around to discover examples of urban lighting — from thoughtful and well-designed to excessive and intrusive. Along the way, explore how the light we add to our cities affects people, places and the night-time environment, and learn about the growing problem of light pollution.
Come curious, walk with us, and see the city after dark in a whole new way.
