Architect: Owner-designed in consultation with Architect (2019)

A Personal Architecture

What happens when you design a home around the way you want to live?

Step inside a house that is as much a reflection of its owners as it is a piece of architecture. Designed by the Blichfeldts themselves, with assistance from an American architect, the home grew from their ideas, interests and experience.

Look closely and you’ll discover traces of the owners throughout the house. An engineering background has influenced the way the home is conceived and put together, while an original painting by Edith Emery in the front hall adds another personal layer to the story.

Hear directly from the owners as they share the ideas, influences and decisions behind their home, and discover how a house can become a deeply personal expression of the people who live in it.

Come and have a look, hear the story and explore a home designed from the inside out.
