Built: Colonial Secretary John Burnett (1834)
Part of the Willow Court Asylum complex, Frescati House was built for Colonial Secretary John Burnett in 1834 at a time when the colonial governors favoured New Norfolk as their summer retreat. This later became part of a larger hospital site.
