Architect: Preston Lane (2024)
Jordan House is a beautifully restored heritage-listed property featuring a two-storey Georgian residence (circa 1850) and original sandstone stables, nestled in a picturesque rural landscape.
This thoughtfully designed project celebrates the property’s rich history while introducing contemporary additions that connect seamlessly with the surrounding farm environment. The removal of a 1970s extension and heritage outbuilding made way for spacious, open-plan living areas that honour the home’s original character while enhancing functionality and comfort.
Completed in carefully planned stages, the restoration process revealed and preserved hidden heritage features, integrating them into a refined, modern design that respects the past while embracing the future.
