From the 184 projects which progressed from the state and territory Chapter Awards, the National Jury has selected 85 entries for the shortlist that are now vying for the top spots across 14 categories.
The Tasmanian projects shortlisted are below and some of these also feature in this year’s Open House Hobart tours and events:
– The Hedberg by LIMINAL Architecture with WOHA in the Heritage, Interior and Public Architecture categories
– Spring Bay Mill Ridge Quarters by Gilby + Brewin Architecture in the Commercial and Sustainable Architecture categories
– Mays Point House by Tanner Architects in the Residential Architecture – Houses (New) category
– Goulburn Street Housing by Cumulus in the Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing category
– Fusilier Cottage by Bence Mulcahy in the Residential Architecture – Houses (Alterations and Additions) category
– Long Beach Amenities by Preston Lane in the Small Project Architecture category
– Clarence Council Chambers by Bush Parkes Shugg and Moon in the Enduring Architecture category
