Stillwater Seven Boutique Accommodation
2 Bridge Road, Launceston, lutruwita (Tasmania)
BOOKINGS OPEN 12 NOON, FRIDAY AUG 13, 2021
This iconic 1830s flour mill has seen many different uses since ceasing operation as a flour mill in the early mid 1900s; it has operated as an art workshop, a dance space and a providore, and has now been transformed into seven luxuriously appointed boutique hotel rooms. The Stillwater Seven accommodation builds on the well-established and award-winning Stillwater restaurant, which both retain the existing character of the building they are housed in. Keep your eyes peeled for original exposed corrugated iron and giant oregon timber trusses, and also spot furniture from local makers.
